Pre-Handover Inspection

Met with independent inspector and site supervisor on the site. The house was finished very well. No major issue apart from water holding in garage gutter and missing riser pipe in front of the garage. Porter Davis accepted all the items in the report and added additional ones based on their observation. We were bit worried how this will fold but they managed it very well. All good, planned to meet us after a week to discuss the status.

Handover approaching

Met SS and told that handover will be in next 3-4 weeks; exciting time.
